Refund Policy

1. Counseling is Free

HCP College provides free admission counseling. We do not charge any fees from students for our advisory services. Hence, there is no refund applicable for counseling.

2. University Fees

All tuition and examination fees are paid directly to the chosen partner university. HCP College does not handle student fee payments. Refund requests for university fees must be made directly to the respective university per their refund policy.

3. Common University Refund Norms

Most UGC-recognized universities follow this refund timeline:

• 100% refund if cancelled before classes begin (less ₹1,000-5,000 admin fee)
• 80% refund within 15 days of admission
• 50% refund within 30 days
• No refund after 30 days or after first exam

4. Scholarship/Subsidy Refunds

If a scholarship is withdrawn or eligibility is found incorrect, the awarded amount may be deducted from any future refund.

5. Mistaken Payment

If you accidentally pay HCP College (we don't accept fees), the full amount will be refunded within 7 working days to your original payment source.

6. Disputes

For any refund-related disputes, contact us at hcpcollege.india@gmail.com with your application ID, payment receipt, and reason for refund. We will assist in mediation with the university.

7. No Hidden Charges

HCP College does not charge service fees, processing fees, or hidden commissions from students. All our income is from the partner universities upon successful admission.
