Two Decades of Educational Excellence

HCP College was founded in 2001 in Agra, Uttar Pradesh by Dr. Atul Kumar Goyal with a clear mission — to help every student access quality higher education through trusted, transparent admission guidance. HCP College is an Educational Advisory platform of online, distance & Regular Programs of top Universities in India that empowers students with the tools and guidance to choose the right path for their educational and career journey. We are not Part of any Universities but we refer university.

What began as a small advisory in Karmyogi Kamla Nagar has today grown into a network of 30+ Partner Universities, with thousands of students placed across India in Online, Distance and Regular education modes.

Yes. UGC-DEB approved Online and Distance degrees are equivalent to regular degrees as per UGC Notification 2020. They are accepted for all govt jobs (UPSC, SSC, Banks, PSUs), private sector, and abroad.

Most universities complete admission within 3-7 working days after document submission. We help with end-to-end paperwork.

Yes — through Online or Distance mode. Working professionals typically option for Online Degree Programs as (BBA, MBA, MCA, B.Tech via WILP).

Online = primarily through LMS portal (live + recorded sessions, online assessments). Distance = study material posted to home, exams at allocated centers. Both have UGC-DEB approval and equal recognition.

No. Our counseling is 100% FREE. We are paid by partner universities upon successful admission — never by students.
